General terms and conditions of sale

Our general terms and conditions of sale are deemed known. However, if you would like the full details of these terms, a copy is available on request. The sale of our products is subject to the unconditional acceptance, without modification of our general and specific terms of sale.

Specific Terms of CUBE Catalogue Sales, as of 01.06.2011 

These terms are valid for all sales of the CUBE product range.

• The CUBE catalogue is sold at the price of 14.90 € (less VAT). This amount is refunded to the customer on the receipt of a first order from the CUBE catalogue.

• Minimum order value is fixed at 50 € (T.F.) and is payable by bank transfer prior to shipment.

• A charge of 20 € (less VAT), to cover administration costs will be applied:
       – For any order between 100 and 150 € (less VAT) (administrative costs are reduced to 10 € for orders on www.sitourcube.com)
       – For multiple invoicing requested at the time of order
       – For any modifications made to the invoice, requested by the buyer.
       – The minimum amount per order is 100 €

• The photographs, text and technical information given in The CUBE catalogue are for information purposes only and have no contractual value. We reserve the right to modify these at any time without notice or compensation.

• The prices are quoted exclusive of tax (VAT). They are Exw Argenteuil. They are valid from 1st June 2011 until 1st January 2013. We reserve the right to modify them at any time without notice or compensation. Only having received confirmation of your order from us is the order deemed final.

• Any return of merchandise will be subject to a prior agreement and will only be accepted if the original product packaging is used. Failing this, the products will be invoiced.
